Concentrated icewine made using grapes harvested just before Christmas while naturally frozen and pressed at -10ºC to extract only pure, unctuous juice.
Rich golden colour with tropical aromas of papaya, mango and apricot. Silky, concentrated aromatic flavours that are truly captivating. Served slightly chilled on its own, with fresh fruit, rich pâté or fine cheeses.
